By accessing or using FitForge AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

FitForge AI provides AI-powered fitness coaching including adaptive personalized workout plans, readiness-based adjustments, meal photo analysis, Coach Voris AI chat, habit, recovery, and progress tracking, the Fitness Foundations course, and daily push reminders. The service is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Pricing

FitForge AI offers a free Starter tier that requires no credit card. FitForge Complete is $47 per month after a 7-day free trial and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for personal fitness purposes. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

5. Health Disclaimer

FitForge AI provides general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program. FitForge AI is not liable for injuries or health issues resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding on FitForge AI are owned by Forge Flow AI Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FitForge AI is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
