Coach Voris, NASM-CPT
The FitForge Training Philosophy
Built from a life of coaching — not a prompt.
I've spent 35+ years in weight rooms, on pool decks, and on practice fields — coaching beginners, athletes, and people who'd already quit three programs before they met me. Over 2,000 clients later, the pattern never changed: people don't fail from lack of information. They fail because the plan doesn't survive a hard week.
I'm also a husband and a father with a full-time coaching job. I know what 6am looks like when you're tired and the last thing you want is a 90-minute session someone printed for you.
So I built FitForge to carry my coaching standard further than my calendar ever could. The AI does the bookkeeping — remembering your history, adjusting your volume, answering your questions at odd hours. The judgment about what's safe, what's enough, and what comes next is mine.
Technology gives the coach more reach. It doesn't replace him.
What Coach Voris decides
- The training method and progression rules the AI follows
- What's safe for a beginner and what needs to wait
- How hard is hard enough — and when to back off
- Every word of the coaching standard behind the app
Four rules, translated into your training.
Family first
Workouts sized for a real life — 20 to 40 minutes, at home or in a gym, no 90-minute sessions.
Discipline over mood
The plan tells you what to do on the days you don't feel like it. That's the whole point.
Progress over perfection
Miss a week and nothing resets. You pick up where you are, not back at square one.
Truth over hype
No fake before-and-afters, no invented urgency. If a feature isn't built, we don't advertise it.
Common questions
Is FitForge just an AI wrapper?
No. The coaching rules, progression logic, exercise selection, and safety limits are Coach Voris's — written from 35+ years of coaching and NASM certification. The AI applies those rules to your data so one coach can reach thousands of people. If you strip the AI out, the coaching standard is still there. If you strip the coaching out, there's nothing worth using.
I've never trained before. Is this too advanced?
It's built for exactly that. The starter plan assumes zero experience, uses movements you can do at home, and tells you what each set should feel like.
What happens when I miss a week?
Nothing resets. The next session is scaled to where you actually are. That's the difference between an adaptive plan and a printed program.
Do I need a gym?
No. Tell the quiz what you have — nothing, dumbbells, or a full gym — and the plan is built around it.
Does a human ever see my training?
Coach Voris reviews the coaching logic and the app's programming standards continuously. There is no automatic one-to-one human coaching, no SMS check-ins, and no voice calls — we don't advertise what isn't built.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from your own billing portal. No calls, no retention scripts.
